Today was not typical. We had the StMichael's chefs charity for children. Cooking demonstrations and luncheon. The food was very yummy but a spoon ful of 11 dishes was a lot of food! So much for the diet! However the day was fun and a great time with friends!
But I did eat just a salad for supper. And I did an exercise video.
Keep moving on!

That sounds so yummy! I've been trying to do more salads, too!
Also, I've been meaning to share with you: A friend of ours from Kansas is a nutritionist and has a website with yummy, healthy, low carb recipes. She blogs regularly, too. For the month of January she is doing a wellness challenge, and as part of that you can download her mealplans for free!
